HOW TO ORDER:

1. You can email us directly to order. Please email to shookie_fashion@hotmail.com with the following details:

h. Singapore Dollar (SGD) / Ringgit Malaysia (RM):
i. Normal mail / Registered Mail / Courier(Malaysia):

2. Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceeded.
Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result a delay in delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.

HOW TO PAY:

1. We only accept full payment. This is to facilitate faster processing and delivery of orders. Items will be sent out promptly once the shipment arrives Singapore.

2. Payment can be made by Internet Banking/ ATM fund transfer.

3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD) or Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.

4. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery postage. Customers can choose the mode of delivery. Refer to "Delivery" section below for the rates.

DELIVERY:

Instock item:
- Singapore: We will send out your items on the next day upon payment receipt.
- Malaysia: We will send out your items on the coming weekend upon payment receipt.

Pre-order item:
- You will receive your items within 2 working weeks after pre-order closing date.

Shipment may be subjected to delay at times. Late payment of order often results in a delay of the product's arrival time.

POSTAGE FEE:

Singapore:
Registered mail = SGD $1.50/- each (additional fee of SGD $ 2.24 on top of SGD $1.50)
Normal post (Singpost) = SGD $1.5/- each
**To save postage fee, we are able to meet up at tampines or Potong Pasir for your convenience.**

West Malaysia:
Express = RM 7.00/- each (2 to 3 working days)
RM 14.00/- for 2-3 pieces (2 to 3 working days)
RM 20.00/- for 4-6 pieces (2 to 3 working days)

East Malaysia:
Express = RM 7.00/- each (2 to 3 working days)
